Fresh bell peppers stuffed with spicy local chorizo sausage, tri-color quinoa, poblano chile's, tomitillos & blend of cheddar & monterey jack shredded cheeses.

Wednesday 2.22 

Potato Gnocchi Bolognese

Light and pillowy potato gnocchi tossed in our scratch-made Bolognese sauce with San Marzano tomatoes, local Italian sausage and ground sirloin, red wine, fresh vegetables and herbs.  Served with a side chopped Italian salad.

Chimichurri Flat Iron Steak &

Roasted Potatoes 

Fresh chopped Shallots, Oregano, Cilantro, & Fresno Chiles blended with Lime Juice, Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil atop Grilled Flat Iron Steak Slices, Poblano, Black Bean & Roasted Corn Relish, Oven Roasted Potatoes.
