Cavatelli and Meatballs with Old School Y-town Sauce 

Scratch-made old school sauce simmered all day with hand-rolled beef meatballs served up over tender ricotta cavatelli. Mixed green salad side and garlic rolls included.

Wednesday 05.10

Chicken Chilli Verde

It's back! Fire-roasted tomatillos & poblano chili peppers, sauteed with garlic, onions, celery, Mexican oregano, thyme, cilantro and smoked paprika, slowly simmered with Great Northern beans, shredded, all natural chicken & in-house stock. Served with a scratch made poblano corn muffin.

Beef Pot Roast & Garlic Mashed Potatoes 

Grass-fed, local beef, slow cooked with root vegetables and in-house beef bone stock. Served with garlic mashed Yukon potatoes and vegetable of the day. Pairs well with an Oregon Pinot Noir or a spicy Australian Shiraz, from the McLaren Vale. Shingleback or Red Knot are our favs.  If you prefer a cold brew, an India Pale Ale from Great Lakes Brewery or one of the several local area craft brew pubs is highly recommend. Small-batch NORKA Sparkling Root Beer is still made using the original recipe since 1924. Grab a 4pk from our market with you dinner this week!
