BASIL GARLIC PESTO PASTA
Delicious, just picked organic garlic scapes from nearby local farm, combined with fresh basil, grated cheese, & a splash of cream make a savory pesto sauce for our scratch made pasta. We shave zucchini & yellow squash into thin ribbons and toss it all together, top it with chopped heirloom tomatoes and a sprinkle of sheep's milk Romano cheese, YUM!
For a little extra protein, add our marinated grilled chicken to your entree.
MIXED GREEN SALAD
Organic green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and seasonal vegetables and homemade vinegrette. Included with each entree.
TOMATO MOZZARELLA CAPRESE SALAD
Ripe garden picked heiloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, torn basil, garlic, sea salt & cracked black pepper drizzled with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
