Homemade Italian Lasagna

Individual hearty servings of one of our most requested entrees!! Fresh egg pasta sheets layered with Brunty Farms Italian pork sausage, creamy ricotta blended with basil, lemon zest, Romano and a touch of grated nutmeg.  Provolone & mozzarella cheeses and homemade marinara sauce. Includes side salad & bread.

Chicken Chili Verde & Poblano Corn Muffins

It's back! Fire-roasted tomatillos & poblano chili peppers, sauteed with garlic, onions, celery, Mexican oregano, thyme, cilantro and smoked paprika, slowly simmered with Great Northern beans, shredded, all natural, locally sourced chicken & in-house chicken stock. Served with a scratch made poblano corn muffin.
