Light and pillowy potato gnocchi tossed in our fresh pistachio basil pesto sauce, green beans and shaved Parmesan Reggiano cheese.  Served with a side chopped Italian salad. 

Wednesday 1.04 

Pork Roast with Apple Saurkraut, Spaetzle

and Sage Gravy

A New Year's tradition.  Slow roasted pork with garlic, thyme, onions, apple and saurkraut served over fresh spatzle and drizzled with a rich sage gravy.

Thursday 1.05 

Chimichurri Flat Iron Steak &

Roasted Potatoes 

Fresh chopped Shallots, Oregano, Cilantro, & Fresno Chiles blended with Lime Juice, Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil atop Grilled Flat Iron Steak Slices, Poblano, Black Bean & Roasted Corn Relish, Oven Potato Medley.
