Warm up with this Italian comfort dish of braised & pulled locally sourced pork in a rich tomato sauce served atop a bowl of creamy, scratch-made polenta and a side vegetable.

Lemon Chicken Piccata

What's not to love about this classic?!  Thin sliced, locally sourced chicken, pan seared in butter & olive oil then simmered in lemon and white wine reduction and tossed with capers and fresh linguine.  Mixed green salad side included.

Shrimp Etoufee with Rice

Creole seasoned Argentina Red Shrimp with yellow & red bell peppers, onions, celery & carrots "smothered" in a rich tomato gravy served with rice and a vegetable side.
