Diner inspired, but done THE Fork & Knife way...our delicious meatloaf is made fresh from scratch with local & organic grass fed beef and seasoned just right with heirloom garlic, carmelized shallots, crispy Panko bread crumbs, fresh Italian parsley, thyme & sage. Topped with brown sugar tomato glaze and oven-baked. Sides of Yukon Mashed & Green Beans are included.
