Garden fresh zucchini and yellow squash, tomitillos, roasted red peppers, cilantro, garlic, shallots, panko bread crumbs and feta cheese combined together to create this zesty vegetable fritter! Two cakes served with homemade aioli and a dinner roll, this will become one of your new favorites!!
We love Ohio corn and August crops are one of our favorites. Sweet, delicious and in season we grill our corn to give it a wonderful roasted flavor then combine it with garden tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, poblano chilies and a house vinagrette. Served chilled it's perfect along side to our zucchini cakes.
