A Southwest inspired dish!! Smoky & spicy homemade linguini pasta with a little heat and a lot of flavor tossed in a light cream and tomato vodka sauce. This one has just the right amount of kick! Seasoned shrimp or Andouille sausage may be added to any entree on request!
