Italian for jump in the mouth! This delicious entree is made with lightly floured, boneless, skinless chicken breast, covered with thin proscuitto and crisp sage leaves, pan-seared and finished with a white wine lemon reduction sauce. Manga!
Mushroom Asparagus Orzo
Whole wheat orzo pasta simmered in an herb and white wine stock until tender, mixed with creamy goat cheese, tossed with Portobella & Shiitake mushrooms, asparagus and finished with olive oil drizzle and Romano cheese.
Arugula & Pear Salad
Peppery arugula & mixed greens beneath ripe, seasonal pears, toasted pistachios, dried tart cherries and goat cheese. Balsamic & fig vinaigrette dressing.
