Crisp red bell peppers, scallions, cilantro, fresh mango, low-sodium black beans and our unique blend of organic red and tri-colored quinoa (keen-wa) whole grain is high in protein, and also wheat and gluten free. Tossed with a light and tangy dressing over mixed salad greens and served chilled is a perfect meal for busy schedules & those hectic week nights.
